A brand-new 2021 build, the Gem @ Old Orchard is situated on a half acre lot located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Easton and Bethlehem. This home is spacious w/ modern amenities, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen, large living area + washer/dryer. A gorgeous salt water pool is open from May through the middle of September.

• new! a large in-ground salt water pool has been newly installed in the backyard The pool is heated throughout the summer season to 85 degrees. The shallow end of the pool includes a 12-inch sunshelf, which is perfect for small children or for catching some sun! The pool is opened approximately one week before Memorial Day, and closed approximately two weeks after Labor Day.
