this neighborhood is quiet and cozy but close enough to the freeway providing very easy access anywhere in town (best of both worlds - far enough away to be in a suburban neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle of being downtown) Most of the shopping is within a quick 5-15 minute drive and there is a welcoming community vibe here. Many of the families in this neighborhood have been here for multiple decades so there is a strong sense of pride and ownership with friendly neighbors who all know each other and look out for one another. You'll likely see a few random peacocks roaming the neighborhood which always makes for a FUN photo with the kids.
