Positive: Beautiful hotel, comfortable room, great toiletries, delicious and varied breakfast, everything was great
Negative: You shouldn’t charge guests for using the spa. The room rate is expensive enough and it feels a bit cheap to charge us. Also, the spa’s hamman and jacuzzis were not warm enough and the dry sauna was not on. Having said that, the spa is great.
