on the main level there are three bedrooms; two with queen beds, and the master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom watching the sun set next to haystack rock, while relaxing in bed with your favorite beverage, is something to behold!

the high tide retreat is also a paradise for nature lovers Delight in the flight of an eagle overhead or wake up to a family of deer outside your window. Just 100 yards from your front door are trails to explore that go deep into the National Forest. There are walking trails and biking paths to the beach, the dunes, and the Nestuca River. Cape Kiwanda State Natural Area, Bob Straub State Park, downtown Pacific City and the Pelican Brewery are also just a short distance away.

parking/occupancy: please be aware that a maximum of 2 cars are allowed at this rental There is no street parking allowed due to HOA guidelines. Additionally, the maximum occupancy of 8 should never be exceeded.

That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
