-the garage is locked as well as the upstairs storage room and is not accessible to guests

-no smoking and no recreational or illegal drug use whatsoever on the property any evidence of smoke in the home after check out will be subject to a $300 fine and any guests found to be partaking in illegal drug use while still inhabiting the home will be removed immediately, no refund will be issued and possible legal ramifications will ensue
