the lovely sitting room offers comfortable seating for 6 plus flat screen tv with freeview and dvd player For Christmas guests a fully decorated Christmas tree is provided along with other festive decorations.

the modern kitchen/breakfast room offers electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you would require to cater for your family There is a separate utility room with washing machine. There is also a separate dining room with table and chairs for 6 and doors leading out to the terrace, hot tub and garden. Family room/bedroom 4 is a versatile room offering an additional play space (with books, toys and games) for children, as well as housing a double bed.

there are 4 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 8 guests, the master bedroom is a double with wardrobes and ensuite shower room There are 3 further double bedrooms (one has a zip & link bed and can be set up as a twin room on request).
