the spacious, almost 200 m2 villa with a beautiful view of the montgo (mountain denia) has two living levels, which are connected by an internal and an external staircase
the outdoor area extends to 1600 m2 and includes a large driveway with a garage for one car and the outdoor area offers space for up to 4 cars (camper van etc).
behind the house is the spacious outdoor area with a large pool surrounded by beautiful palm trees and spanish plants and a new jacuzzi with chromotherapy to relax Also a small pool is next to the house so you have two pools at your disposal. Both pools are not heated! Since both pools have sun all day long, they can also be used from May to October without any problems, especially since you can first warm up in the jacuzzi, which is up to 40 degrees, and then jump into the pool.
there is also another covered terrace next to the house
the outdoor kitchen invites you to cook and grill as well as relax (on a poly rattan corner) and to eat comfortably together under a roof There is a bathroom behind the kitchen.
