the property is in the corral de tierra area conveniently located just south of monterey, california A short drive to Laguna Seca (3 minutes), Monterey, Carmel, Pebble Beach, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and Pacific Grove. Downtown Monterey is 15 minutes Google maps has it at 13.4 miles.
our home is on 13 acres all fenced in, with a big back and front yards with gardens and a big playhouse. Very private with an electric gate and a ton of parking. The house is a 2000sf two-story with a balcony. With one bedroom and bath downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and full bathroom. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped, a stove, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge/freezer, toaster, convection microwave, and coffee maker. Stocked spice-rack kitchen towels, everything you need, granite counters, and a breakfast nook. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. It has a big 20 X 15 living room, roll-a-way bed, and a formal dining room.
