Summary: Checked into the hotel for a little getaway and purposely got a room that had a hot tub. Paid extra money for the room with the hot tub only for it to be filthy. Could not call to the front desk because the phone was disconnected. Had to call from my cell phone. When I told the clerk, all they did was say they’ll mention it to housekeeping. Did not offer to move rooms or any other resolution. I spent 20 minutes cleaning the tub myself.
