Situated in the pretty village of Elterwater in the Langdale Valley, Bens was once upon a time a wheelwright's workshop, now lovingly converted into a spacious ground floor property. Bens has fantastic views towards Elterwater Common and over towards High Close.

The lounge takes full advantage of the views with a floor to ceiling picture window looking out to High Close, the village common and fells beyond; A glass door opens from here to lead you down a few steps to a small sunny private and enclosed patio area with garden chairs. Lots of people sit out and admire the views with a well earned glass of wine!
