the upper level consists of a large primary bedroom and a deluxe primary bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower and jetted soaking tub with an ocean view! the upper level penthouse balcony has relaxing lounge chairs and patio furniture as well as a luxurious new hot tub! soak up the perfect views from the comfort of the private hot tub on this building top balcony (In very hot months July 1- Oct 1 the private hot tub is available upon request). The balcony also has a gas grill and sink, and a mini-fridge for convenience.
