this first floor condo is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath unit (d-105) A spacious condo with fantastic views of the Gulf from the living room & master bedroom; perfect for watching dolphin swim in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Living Room looks out toward our beautiful beaches and includes a large flat screen TV. The balcony overlooks the refreshing emerald waters of the Gulf, beautiful sunrises, and sunsets. There is seating for three at the Breakfast bar and our dining table has seating for six (6). Our condo has a washer-dryer for your convenience.

in addition, the air conditioner system is controlled with shut-off switches on the doors and windows Should you leave a door/window open for more than a few minutes the AC will turn off. Once the door/window is closed it will take a few minutes for the system to reset. Frequent openings and closures will only delay the reset time until conditions are stabilized. If you are experiencing a rise in the inside temperature, simply make sure all doors/window are closed and wait for the AC to resume normal operation..
