there is a park with a playground 2 blocks away (sun burst park) Also 2 blocks away is a restaurant and bar with live music some nights (McCarthy's Sports Bar & Grill) along with other restaurants, pizza, Starbucks, liquor store, etc. Grocery store, Walgreens, Target, Walmart all within a 5 minute drive. 15 minutes to Downtown Denver, 35 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. 2 reservoirs (Cherry Creek State Park 5 min away, and Aurora Reservoir) nearby for swimming, boating, fishing, you name it. Not far from beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Multiple malls close by including a huge outdoor mall (Southlands Mall) with tons of restaurants, shops, and a Fancy AMC movie theater which serves food and drinks inside the theaters with big comfy reclining chairs :) So much fine dining around Denver, the food culture here is excellent.
