2400sq ft MCM 4 bd/2 ba home with views of the Sound and park like backyard--the yard and view are why we live here. It's a great place to stay for a large family or group.
upstairs has 2 bd/1 ba with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen, living and dining
downstairs has 2 bd/1 ba with full kitchen & living room + laundry
it is centrally locatated:
10 minutes to the space needle/key arena
16 minutes to lumen field
4 minutes to ballard
7 minute walk to bus line, restaurants, and grocery store
this is our personal home, so it is well stocked and has personal charm

colorful, single family 2-story home on a beautiful lot with views of the puget sound it has 2 living spaces, so it's great for groups or if you are vacationing with the in-laws!
the main entrance is through the gate up outside steps The upstairs is mid century modern and downstairs is industrial modern.

like most places in seattle it does not have air conditioning the master bedroom upstairs has a standing AC. You get a good draft if you open the upstairs and downstairs back doors. Fans are available.
