The house is ideally located to visit both the main resorts of the northern coast, such as Sperlonga (15 km) and Terracina (37 km), and the attractions of the southern part, such as Caserta with its Royal Palace and Naples (85 km) with its ferry port to Capri and Ischia. View of the countryside up to the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The villa is surrounded by large lawns accessible to guests (a gardener has free access to the garden). The villa consists of a main building and 2 dependencies. Access to the house via a very narrow road.
