while the hodges suite (apartment) is located on the same property as the camellia rose inn, it is not part of the bed & breakfast package unless specifically arranged with the inn Guests can reach out to the Inn if they would like to add breakfast at an additional cost, but the apartment has a full kitchen and coffee maker for our guests' convenience.

AirBNB offers insurance at check-out and if a circumstance arises that would cause a cancellation or early departure (outside of the cancellation range, or an early departure that arises during your stay), then the insurance policy will refund you 100% as long as it's within the terms.
