set on 63 of an acre, this historic home has been renovated with a first floor offering two comfortable living rooms, both with WBF, one with a baby grand piano, a dining room, a full bath, and a well-equipped kitchen. There are two outdoor deck areas, with BBQ and seating so plenty of room for outdoor entertaining, too. An expansive, beautiful lawn and manicured gardens surround the heated pool with loungers. The very private Master Suite is accessed by its own staircase, while the other three bedrooms and a full bath are on the other side of the house. We just renovated the pool house so it's another great place to hang- the kids love it. The home is walking distance to EH town and bikable to the ocean beaches! Home comes with everything you need for the beach and bicycles for the whole family. This house is wonderful year round- beaches, apple and pumpkin picking in the fall, wood burning fireplaces for the winter!.
