the house at stone crest is a spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on an airbed (if necessary) The master suite is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed, custom built-in closet, ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms upstairs have king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with one guest bath located upstairs. The living room/great room has a sectional with additional guest seating and a large TV. All bedrooms and the patio are equipped with TVs. The patio is set up for outdoor dining and entertaining and has a table, chairs, umbrellas, and a TV and a hot tub. Please note that events or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and a noise ordinance of 10pm must be followed.

the house has an apartment attached to the right of the garage There is one shared wall (in the upstairs queen size bedroom) but the outside space is separated from the apartment and noise from the apartment is not an issue. There is a parking space in front of the house that is dedicated to the apartment (it's in front of where the trash/recycle bins are housed). The way the house and outdoor is set up, it doesn't feel as though there is an attached unit.
