access to the property is through the cottage courtyard garden at the front On entering the cottage, the homely living room is in front of you complete with log burner and comfy sofas and chairs. The door immediately to the right, is to the fully fitted kitchen, utility room is the door on the left, down the steps. Carry on through the spacious kitchen and turn right to access the bathroom through the pink door, there is a large shower wet room at the end of the bathroom.
from the living room there a step up to the flag stoned floor of the dining room, perfect for entertaining, there are also plenty of books and games on the shelves for the guest to use The stairs lead to the two double bedrooms, a king and a double, both themed with a modern cottage feel, with ample storage space. Outside in the front courtyard is an outside table and chairs set, great for outdoor dining or relaxing in the evening.

check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
