we will not sugarcoat anything about this home but we will tell you the exact facts and ask to you to make sure any “picky” members of your group are fully aware of the following:
the home is 34 - 35 years old and still has the basic decor of the late 1990s - early 2000s Please look at the up to date photos. It has never had major renovations, the appliances are older, the flooring is older with some carpeting and some vinyl, the kitchen and bathrooms have never been renovated, and the garage has never had anything done to it and has some stored items in it with a ping pong table. most people are happy with the home, however, my emphasis is to make sure everybody knows about the home before booking!!!
on the other hand the living room furniture is fairly new, the flat screen tv is 66’; the view of the ocean has a million dollar view; the trail to the ocean is fairly close and east to get there except for water during rainy season; the huge decks, on 2nd and 3rd levels, are superb for viewing etc; pets and children are welcome; you may come in early and leave later than normal arrangements are made without extra charge; customer service is 2nd to none and also features the following;

3 miles to casino and 5 miles to ocean shores

we would love to have you stay in our home and if you don’t need fancy, you will have a view that you will truly love and an extremely private, quiet area that you will be very happy with!!
