Unloading is a breeze by proceeding into the home through the front door with a keypad for luggage, then by unlocking the rear sliding glass door directly into the living area and kitchen for unloading the groceries. The bedrooms and bathroom are located towards the front of the home in the hallway. The modern kitchen opening up to the spacious living area with sliding glass door access to the two oversized decks and boat slips is located back in the rear limit of the home.
