You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays.

the studio gives guests ample space to relax and unwind, with a comfy double bed, 2 easy chairs and tv The studio comes complete with a wardrobe, dressing table and dining table for eating or working. Perfect for 2 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child. The easy chairs click clack together to convert into a single bed.
when it’s time to dine, the kitchenette includes basic essentials for cooking up a storm, including a single electric hob, microwave, utensils, crockery and glassware - so all you need is to get some goodies in!
the adjoining en-suite modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink If you’ve got little ones staying with you, we can also provide a travel cot and/or highchair, but please advise in advance if these are required, so we can be sure they are available for your stay.
most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.

a travel cot and/or highchair can also be purchased in advance via the marketplace in the guidebook and we will ensure they are there for your arrival

all of our properties are non-smoking (this includes the terrace) as the comfort of our guests is very important to us If a property has been smoked in we will need to carry out a deep clean to remove the smell which will incur a minimum charge of £100.
there is no laundry facilities on site for guests but there is a laundrette just 5 mins walk away
