With 1152 square feet, this 2BR/2BA condo has a living room, dining room, kitchen and screened lanai where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening refreshments overlooking huge oak trees. The spacious living/dining room has tile floors and two large leather sofas, perfect for viewing TV/DVD. The kitchen has granite countertops, all appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen pantry is a full-sized washer and dryer.
the master bedroom has a king-sized bed with tropical decor, 2 nightstands and a large dresser/mirror with tv A large walk-in closet adjoins the dressing room, and the private tiled-bath with tub/shower. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds, nightstand and tall chest. A large walk-through closet leads to the second bathroom (which also has an entry into the hall). This fully-tiled bathroom includes tub/shower sink console and toilet. All linens--towels, beach towels, and bed linens are provided. The condo's assigned parking space is covered--and right in front of the building for ease of access.
