Summary: This place was a dream come true! A cozy spot for our family in an absolutely stunning location. Located next to Canaveral National Seashore, the longest stretch of preserved shoreline in Florida, we often had the beach to ourselves. The house had everything we needed for a lovely and peaceful family vacation. We watched the sunrise from the private deck every morning, spent days on the beach, exploring New Smyrna, and the National Park. We even witnessed newly hatched loggerhead sea turtle hatchlings scurrying to the ocean one evening! We loved the rinse station for cleaning off before entering the hot tub or house. The house was furnished with evening we needed to cook meals, but we enjoyed some local restaurants as well. Mercedes was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning to this spot!
