this end-unit townhome, located directly on the ninth fairway, underwent a complete remodel in the spring of 2020 Virtually everything here is brand new, including the modern, well-equipped kitchen complete with a farmhouse sink, Keurig and a regular coffee maker, new cabinets, granite counters, a filtered hot and cold water dispenser, backsplash, under-cabinet lighting, and dimmers. The entire villa has been freshly painted & there is new carpet and tile throughout.
