enjoy this beautifully renovated home near one of spokane's most epic view spots overlooking riverside state park and bowl and pitcher scenic trail this cozy and inviting home offers all the amenities of home and is a great place to host family or friends! the basement is a kids paradise with a 4-in-1 game table and many other games! enjoy the working sauna and then chill in the gorgeous sunroom! the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom!
the space:
main floor living room with smart tv, high speed internet There is a Study/Bedroom on the main floor as well as a sunroom and washer/dryer! Upstairs features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a Sauna! The basement includes a 65'' smart tv, kids games, 3 twin beds, 2 queen auto-inflate air mattresses, extra sheets, pac n play, toddler kitchen and toys! The backyard is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill! The pool is now operational each spring to the fall, please inquire with further details and questions! We will not have an exact "open" date until April every year. Please also read disclosures , pool rules, and waivers.

- trash/recycling day is on thursday If you’re at the property on a Thursday, please bring the trash down to the curb for pick-up. guests will be charged $40 for missed trash day!
-we recommend keeping the sauna under level 7 and are not responsible for injuries level 10 will make the bars on the shelf and the essential oil bottles very hot
