this beautiful home is located with a view of the world famous makaha surf beach, which is where surf and canoe contests are held throughout the year In the 1960s Makaha was the epicenter for big-wave surfing. It was where the groundwork was laid for surfing contests in Hawaii and all over the world. As opposed to the North Shore of Oahu where the surf is also renowned, one does not have to contend with traffic in Makaha from tourist buses and crowds. Makaha is still untouched and the perfect destination for visitors who want to experience the Hawaii of long ago, while still being on the same island where all of the top restaurants and shops are.

the reason for our current cancellation policy is due to people booking and then canceling within a month or two, which causes issues for us to re-book within that amount of time frame, since w do offer our guests time to make payments if need be With that said, our POLICY is to refund 2/3rd of the full price of the stay, which leaves 1/3 is non-refundable if you cancel two months before your stay. Instead losing any funds, you can be credited for another date in the future that is not booked if you do decide to cancel.
