Positive: The golf cart was a great addition, it made going to the main beach quick and easy.
Negative: Parking was extremely tight if you have a large vehicle. Things were not available due to theft, per owner, such as BBQ and bike. A lot of dishes were dirty. Washing machine and dishwasher stunk really bad and had a lot of mold so we couldn’t use these. Bedroom doors didn’t lock which was weird. Bedroom curtains were sheer and people could see in at night so you had to change in the bathroom. There were also a lot of Amazon boxes in the living room taking up space.
Summary: Ok for the price, won’t stay again though.
