The Escape is a traditional beach house that was renovated in 2022 and is now 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and two living areas. Pet friendly for outside pets. With the main house area having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and new kitchen then the guest area has its own bathroom, living room and third bathroom, Multiple TV's, Outdoor area with built in sink, built in BBQ and drinks fridge. the block is large so plenty of room no other houses share the block,
connecting the back of the house and the guest area is a large new north facing decking area that contains outdoor dining table, couch, hammock and plenty of chairs During the warmer months their is shade from the tree that the deck is built around.

our price reflects a updated and very comfortable holiday home The north facing rear decking provides a sunny place to sit with a mix of sun and shaded areas due to the large tree.

-walk to the beach 7 min through a nature reserve
-walk/bike ride through edwards point nature reserve, walks from 30 minutes to 2 hours return
-on weekends walk down to our yacht club and have a drink at the cafe subject to opening times just 10 minutes away absolute water front
-we are a 5 minute drive from st leonards shops or a very pleasant 40 minute walk
-play cricket on the beach (you can use our equipment)
-visit the free tennis courts in town or basketball court (you can use our equipment)
-sleep in the hammock on the decking
-tour the wineries on the bellarine peninsula
-visit queenscliff and climb the tower that gives you a fantastic view of the area
-point lonsdale has rock pools
-ocean grove surfing is twenty minutes
