third bedroom - located off of the kitchen, a fun "bunk house" featuring a twin bunk bed, tv and closet with washer/dryer

living room - cozy modern living room with sliding glass door balcony access and tv, an entertainment oasis to relax and rewind after long days in the sun

temperature: a/c is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our hvac technicians
amenities: cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap
parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises.
pet policy: no pets are allowed
accessibility: located on floor 5 - accessible by 6 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 5 above parking garage
fireplace: fireplace is not for guest use
renter: must be 25 years or older to rent
holidays: in the event that you are booking over a holiday weekend or before/after a holiday weekend, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction. Guests of our renters are not permitted on holiday weekends..
