please note that due to its proximity to seatac, the complex is under a flight path, which can result in considerable noise outside the buildings However, it tends to quiet down after 10pm. 4【no animal】
unfortunately this property is animal-free, not animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs We've got exemption from Airbnb so please DON'T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

this is a self catering home We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

we’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in but there is an early check-in fee of $100 Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready. Please check with us 1 day prior to your check-in date.
8【dispose trash in the right bins】
please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate containers If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.
9 【lost & found】
please take all of your personal belongings before you check out If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee + the shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
