Summary: We liked the location of the house (near The Commons pool) but the house was dirty as follows: dirty stovetop, coffee maker had dried coffee in it with mold, pots and pans were filthy. The grill in the garage was disgusting with leftover food in the racks (we opened it once and never used it). The floors needed a much better cleaning than they got (dust and sand under the furniture). Finally, and overall, the furniture is very dated and could use a thorough cleaning, if not just be replaced. The Bayside amenities (pools, restaurants, kayaking, etc.) were really good. This was our third stay at Bayside.
