our home is a charming remodeled and expanded california cottage with a large stone terrace in the back that affords breathtaking views of the bay....as well as Angel Island, Tiburon, Belvedere, Mill Valley, Mt. Tamalpias and Sausalito itself. You can literally spend hours just enjoying the sunny weather in a chair, sipping your favorite drink, and watching boating activity on the Bay.
accommodations for five persons: the home has a reverse floor plan, with kitchen, living room, dining area, and one bedroom upstairs...and you enter the home on that level from the street. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and an office area . The Master bedroom has large California King size bed and attached full bath, with spa-type tub and separate stall shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an attached full bath as well. Back upstairs: the third bedroom has a single twin-size bed and is adjacent to the upstairs full bath.
