you will appreciate the large private swimming pool sheltered from the wind and its sunbathing, the terraces and the large raised ground of which you will have the exclusive use
the swimming pool is at your disposal from may to september inclusive It is not heated but easily reaches more than 25 ° C in June if the summer cover is set up at night and in windy weather. you can possibly enjoy it again in october, if you like fresh water (please consult us for the additional cost)
on the ground floor :
- the entrance opens onto a large living room of 50 m2 with fireplace and large bay window with brick partition You can relax in the 2 contemporary sofas around the coffee table. The living room has a flat screen TV. Board games are at your disposal, as well as a table football.
