Positive: The location of this property is exceptional. The deck allowed our group to sit outside and listen to the waves and watch the sunset every night we were here. Perfect view of Haystack rock. The house is clean and all the appliances worked fine. It was quiet and felt safe. Some in our group have mobility issues, so getting to the beach over the dune in front of the house was difficult for them to navigate, but those without constraints could easily get to the beach.
Negative: Getting into the property did not go very smooth. We were given an incorrect code and there were three boxes that could have had the code put in, I had to contact the property manager through a text and wait. They gave us a different code and then it worked. The shades in the house did not work very well and one was completely missing in one of the bedrooms. When it became light in their room very early they were unable to sleep. There were only two hand/dish towels in the kitchen and nothing but a sponge to wipe the counters down. They also were not enough bath towels for our group of 10. There was not enough toilet paper in the house for 10 people over four days and it is single by toilet paper. The rules we asked us to take out the garbage and put by the road on garbage day, but there was no information telling us what day that might be. The fireplace looks usable, but there was no information or signs regarding whether or not it was to be used. There was no wine bottle opener and not enough coffee cups for everyone.
