the apartment is the top unit of our triplex so it does not gets footfall noise It has it own private entrance with a keyless lock and is cooled in summer, heated in winter with an HVAC system.
we are conveniently located in the heart of ballard, near the corner of 24th ave nw and nw 64th st with easy access to public transportation, bus #40 and #18 stop at the corner of our block. We have many restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. The neighborhood is famous for its nice restaurant, pubs, bar, cafes, bakeries and outdoors activities.
