hot tub & yard maintenance: our technician stops by every monday for a quick 30-minute check on the ph balance He’ll enter through the side gate and won’t disturb your stay. Guests expressly acknowledge and agree that property owners and/or manager are not liable for injury or death to the guest/user or any of the guests/user's guests, from use of the hot tub.
our yard maintenance guy also blow leaves in the yard and does light maintenance on mondays
