built in 1994 and renovated in 2025, this modern houseboat has the comforts of home on the river 575 feet of enclosed living space with three separate bedrooms. A master upstairs with king bed, 2 below deck cabins, one with queen bed and one with king bed (*note they have very low ceilings and there is not a door separating the two spaces *), plus pull out couch in the main living space that puts together for a queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 8. Full size upper level deck with lots of space for relaxing and enjoying the views of the Mississippi River.

fairly quiet marina on french island Easy walk to Veterans Park, Tom Sawyers is a great restaurant at the base of the marina which offers on site dining/bar or take away to your boat. Minutes to other restaurants and outdoor activities.

keep in mind this is a boat on the river There is motion, albeit very subtle. Things rust easily and get dirty very quickly on the water. We have an onboard water storage system consisting of a 100 gallon water tank and a 75 gallon grey tank. The marina is great about pumping out the grey tank weekly or as needed and there is a water slicker near the boat for refilling the water tank. If you need help with either please let us know.
