Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The accommodation is modern and spacious. The living room and dining table area looking out to the courtyard garden is perfect space for relaxing and having meals. The ginger cat from the owner living next door came to visit and quietly sat on my daughter 's lap in the courtyard. Secluded parking space inside the lockable gate is nice.
Negative: Unfortunately this accommodation has a very strong cigarette smell. For non-smoking family like us, it is not ideal. We had to open all the windows and doors to vent when we arrived which also let all the mosquitos in. We were badly bitten and had to rush to the nearby supermarket to find the sprey and air refresher. The owner's daughter did came by next day to give us some fragrance sticks for the living room. We had to contact the owner for wi-fi password which could have been given the information in advance in a welcome booklet or just a sheet for instruction. There were no provisions for dishwasher tablets, detergent, hand soaps nor washing powder even there are dishwasher and washing machine facilities. It would be bettet to have a small oven or airfry which we missed. The twin-bed room was very hot for our children to sleep in the night even the weather temperature weren't that high. Due to the mosquito situation, we couldn't open the window so It would be helpful if there are some small fans.
Summary: Modern spacious living if improvements can be made for comfortable stay.
