Positive: - The only thing I can mention is that the host is open to feedback which I think is great. - We normally book apartment to cook our own food, but the apartment is located right next to a couple of restaurants (Japanese, Indian and German). So If you want to eat outside then it is conveniently located.
Negative: - The apartment doesn't have its own parking. You have to park on the street for which you have to pay. If you are travelling with young children and have a lot of luggage/baggage, it is not convenient because you have to carry baggage to the apartment through the street. - The apartment is quite old, no effort has been made to renovate and to make the apartment more comfortable for guests. for the amount of money I paid, I was expecting more. The facilities need to be upgraded to make it more comfortable (the hinges/screws of the bedroom curtains, the shower, the kitchen etc). The kitchen has a very basic electric stove which takes a long time to heat up and was difficult to warm up food. No oven in the kitchen which meant I had to heat up all food in the stove. The reason why we book apartment is to have our own food which was difficult in this apartment. The kitchen should be upgraded without any doubt. There was no fan/aircooler on the first day but the host brought a fan for us the next day after we requested. So during summer season it was difficult to get sleep because it was really warm inside. - all in all, I wouldn't recommend this apartment for long term stay. If you are going through the place and just need a place to stay for one night and pricing is good then perhaps you can consider this. for a stay longer than one night especially with a family and children I cannot recommend this unfortunately.
