Positive: The location was nice, right in the heart of Lens. There were really nice places to go by foot. The room had a good size. The mattress is old, but they placed a top mattress, and it made the bed comfortable.
Negative: The room was quiet, but there are no blackout curtains, and the window blinds didn't work - and noone helped me to close them. There was lots of light in the room during the night because of the street lamps, and the room was fully light at sunrise. If being in a dark room is important for your sleep, this might not be a good option. It was impossible to communicate with the staff. I tried messaging and calling and getting answers to my questions, the messages and emails went unanswered, and the phone calls were answered by a very rude woman that seemed bothered by my calls and didn't have time to answer. It is a shame that such a nice place gives such a bad impression and low quality customer service. They didn't even answered Booking questions.
