Summary: We could not have been happier with our choice of Cooperstown rental. Like so many others, our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park. The location of Home Base IV was perfect for us--we are not always the most organized bunch, so staying close by was essential :) Honestly, most of our time was at the field or out-and-about. But when we were at Home Base IV, the location provided plenty of space. The bedrooms were comfortable, the water pressure was good, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor space was fantastic. My daughter loved playing basketball when we were at the house, and the other dads enjoyed late evenings on the back porch. I highly recommend Home Base IV!
