this 5 bed/25 bath, dog-friendly home offers a relaxing space to relax with 2 living spaces, an open-layout kitchen, a 2nd kitchen downstairs, patio seating/table, multiple TVs, grills, and large fenced yard.
• no more than 3 dogs at a time - please make sure the gate is closed before leaving them in the yard
• please ask for any cat reservations
• i do not charge a pet deposit, so please understand that any damage caused by the pet will be charged to you upon discovery
• if excessive amounts of pet hair or accidents are found after check out, you may be charged $50 for additional cleaning Note that you are responsible for cleaning up any dog poop in the yards - bags, poop scooper and a disposal bin are provided to make this easier.

- load and start dishwasher with any dirty dishes
- clean up after your pets - please do not leave any 'land mines' in the yard or an additional fee of $25 will be charged to clean up
- trash day is wednesday night for pickup on thursday (recycling picks up at 8am sharp, trash usually later in the afternoon)
