Our apartment is 130 Square meters "artists apartment", high ceilings (3,5 meters), two bedroom apartment. One bedroom has Queen size / 140x200cm bed and the other bedroom has two 90x200 cm beds, that you can use as single or put them together as King Size. Then you have main area where you have dining room living and open bedroom together. In the main area we have three single beds and two bunk beds, it's no problem to move beds around, put the bunk beds into the bedrooms etc. We have broadband internet and 50" TV and Playstation 4. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. From the main area you can enter big wooden terrace where you can BBQ in the summer time. All the windows will have black-out curtains ( we had to costume make them and they weren't ready when our photographer took the pictures ). Getting around is easy, by foot you are only few meters away from the main street Laugavegur, Or you can walk down to the ocean and walk down town. Bus stops also close by. We have super market behind our building, open 24/7. Just few meters from the apartment is also Aktu Taktu burger/fastfood place and Dominos also. We have private parking spaces behind the building, you can access the building from the behind also. In front of the building we have parking spaces ( P3 ) where you need to pay during the day. Let me know if you have any questions regarding parking. We have baby crib and high chair for your children. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. We manage over 25 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik.
