Positive: Location is just fantastic for exploring the historic Wroclaw, it’s so central to the main square and all the sights and restaurants. The apartment is updated beautifully in a historic building and was very clean and well appointed. There is a fridge, dishwasher, and induction stovetop. The A/C is a detachable unit that is connected to the living room window. So not all the rooms have A/C. With the thick walls of the building, the apartment was cool enough & we were lucky it wasn’t too hot during our stay.
Negative: Friday, and Saturday nights there is noise from the street. The windows are good so with the windows closed it’s fine. But then the rooms don’t have great ventilation. If you are coming by car, recommend coordinating parking with management in advance. Due to the central location parking is limited. There is street parking, the regulation is parking 9am to 8pm 7 zloty per hour, there are parking machines on the street. But it is cheaper to park at the parking garage (which is not adjacent to the building but down the street) with apartment Arte Locum management if they have space. Hence why it’s good to plan that in advance.
Summary: Incredible location in the heart of, Wroclaw comfortable apartment with lovely character.
