a stunning 3 bedroom apartment in javea port within walking distance of the old town and the sea
on the 2nd floor, (with lift) the apartment is on two levels and multiple terraces Fully fitted and furnished to a high standard, this is an ideal holiday retreat. The lounge/dining area leads onto a terrace with views to the Montgo.
on the 2nd level there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom The kitchen is fully fitted, with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine. There is a small utility room and washing machine and a washing sink (no dishwasher).
upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin room with doors to a patio The master bedroom has a terrace with views to the Montgo and an en-suite shower room.
the garden and pool area is beautiful, totally enclosed with trees, flowers and shrubs There is an intercom/ locked gate.
prices include linen, towels and starting kit of dish washing liquid and washing tablets Golden Port apt has air conditioning throughout, sun blinds, flat screen TV with English French, Swiss, Spanish channels and DVD. Wifi is by means of a fibre optic connection.
parking is easy outside and the fabulous port is within walking distance with it's many shops, restaurants, beach bars and beach
