4 Main access to the home is through the gable end slider door.
5 The gas BBQ grill is only available in the summer.
6 There is construction taking place in this neighborhood, some in close proximity to this property. The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc; however, some nuisance should be expected.
7 This property has a metal roof. During the winter months, the side access is purposefully restricted. Ingress and egress goes through the front sliding door which is on the gable end of the property.
8 The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
9 Homewood Mountain Resort, located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe, will not be opening for the 2024-25 ski season. Please plan accordingly.
