the living/dining room is furnished to a very high standard It has been recently renovated to the highest spec. With its neutral decor and large sofas, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The large TV has SKY and a DVD Blueray player together with a surround sound speaker system, so you are sure to find something to watch if you fancy it. Enjoy a home cooked meal around the table.
the kitchen is fully fitted with all that you will need: instant boiling tap, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, miele dishwasher, washing machine and dryer
the house boasts underfloor heating throughout, as well as air con in the living area and master bedroom (a rare find in london, especially in a period property) There is a Sonos music system to enjoy.

go up a short flight of stairs from the main reception area to a guest bathroom Then up another short flight there are two guest bedrooms, both with king beds. The master is up at the top of the house with an ensuite and panoramic glass (with electric blackout blind) leading onto the roof terrace. (N.B. the mattress has recently been replaced with a brand new high spec one after we received some feedback about it being too soft.)
