-guests must check-in prior to 10pm as the lobby closes at that time on the first night to get the key card
-we do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of asap
-a key card will be provided inside the unit to access the community laundry room and 24/7 gym
-the community laundry room is on the same floor in the building and requires coins to operate
-the outdoor pool is seasonal and hours may vary depending on the building management but mostly are 9 am-9 pm during the warmer season
-there is no alcohol included at the cocktail bar
-ac is controlled by the hoa and has been shut off in the entire building for this year(2023) Potable AC can be requested depending on availability.
-(not available this year, 2023) central ac units are best kept at 68 degrees or above Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
