the keys will be available to collect from a local keynest shop - liverpool - muskers newsagents that is about 5 minute walk This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant city atmosphere liverpool has to offer!
the store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on mondays - thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on fridays, and is open 24 hours every saturday and sunday If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
we are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
the apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise
we are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property
the check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
we provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out

lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
